Written requests for refunds must be postmarked by April 12, 2013. Cancellation of registration will result in a handling fee of $25 for each item cancelled. No phone cancellations. No refunds after April 12, 2013. No refunds given for “Exhibits Only” badges. Send registration cancellations to firstname.lastname@example.org and housing cancellations to email@example.com. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Attendance at this event constitutes permission for your photograph or video to be taken at the event and used for ALA purposes.
Note that registrations using purchase orders are now handled online through the registration system.
