Do you have a workplace wellness program in your library? Do you want to start one? Does your library offer Zumba classes, meditation, or tai chi for your users? This Conversation Starter concerns how libraries are agents of change and impact the wellness of staff, users, and the communities of which they are a part. Possible topics include, but are not limited to: fitness and wellness programming; pedometer programs for library employees; special wellness events for finals week at school public and college libraries; health and wellness resources available for checkout; workplace wellness.
