Servant leadership can change the dynamics of a library--large or small--by cultivating strong loyalty from both employees and library users. Servant leaders focus outwardly and work in partnership with their staff and communities. Through exercises, group discussion, real-world stories and personal reflection led by professional library trainer Linda Bruno, participants will develop their servant leader persona.

Hi everyone! Thanks for expressing your interest in this ASCLA preconference by adding it to your schedule. I just wanted to check in and remind you to register for this event soon if you plan on attending. We will not be selling tickets at the door, and we have limited space.

This is going to be an incredible preconference--Linda Bruno, our speaker/trainer, has planned an event that will be both educational and engaging. Having just taken a leadership course for my graduate program, I can promise you that attending is a worthwhile investment, regardless of where you are in your leadership growth process!

Register here: http://ala13.ala.org/register-now

If you're interested in registering for just the preconference and not the entire conference, you can do so by selecting "Ticketed Events and Preconferences Only" as your registration type.

I look forward to seeing you there!
