The Washington Office’s Office of Government Relations will host a panel discussion on the various copyright issues being litigated in different courts. Hear updates and insight on Kirtsaeng v. Wiley, Georgia State, HaithiTrust, and the Google Book Settlement class action lawsuit. Haven’t heard of these cases? Don’t worry, this session will get you up to speed on the background and why they are so important for libraries.
