Description: 

This presentation provides an overview of project management concepts and how they can be applied in technical services to increase effectiveness by introducing the five areas of project management: Initiate, Plan, Execute, Control, and Close. In addition, the program will discuss criteria for selecting projects appropriate for project management tools. Speakers will address how these tools and techniques have been used in technical services departments. In addition, visual displays of actual project graphs will be displayed.
