Attendees will: Improve their writing ability, applicable to everything from reports to news releases, evaluations and even e-mails; become more effective speakers, whether one-on-one or when speaking to a crowd of 500; build confidence that they can communicate well, raise tough issues without triggering defensiveness, and further the value, success and reputation of their libraries and staff.
